As a key stakeholder, you will coordinate engineers, subcontractors, and field crews to deliver high-quality highways, bridges, and urban road improvements on time and within budget. Responsibility

  • Oversee daily on-site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to optimize workflow.
  • Enforce QA/QC programs, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage change orders, risk assessments, and comprehensive project reporting to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve design issues and ensure constructability.
  • Prepare progress reports, documentation, and closeout packages for clients and regulators.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of road/construction project management experience on large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • OSHA 30+ or equivalent safety certification and a strong safety mindset.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a collaborative approach.
  • Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Procore); strong computer and data analysis skills.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to multiple sites as required; physically able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Knowledge of Texas codes and standards; ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
