As ROPA Manager, you will partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to align incentives, forecast revenue, manage risk, and ensure operational excellence. You will own the development of performance dashboards, standard operating procedures, and internal controls to support scalable growth while maintaining compliance.

Key responsibilities include translating business strategy into actionable plans, monitoring KPIs such as revenue forecast accuracy, pipeline velocity, and order cycle times, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that reduce cycle times and improve data integrity.
Responsibility
- Lead, develop, and mentor the ROPA team to ensure accurate and timely revenue operations across Sales, Finance, and Operations.
- Own the design and optimization of revenue operations processes from lead to cash, ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that enable data-driven decisions and accurate revenue forecasting.
- Partner with Sales leadership to align incentives, territory coverage, and commission plans with business goals.
- Ensure strong internal controls, risk management, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous process improvements and automation to reduce cycle times and manual effort.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support strategic initiatives, budgeting, and financial planning.
- Provide coaching and performance management for the ROPA team and communicate insights to executives and stakeholders.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related leadership role; fintech/SME lending experience is a plus.
- Proven leadership, people management, and team development capabilities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL).
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of internal controls and risk management practices within financial services.
