Responsibility
- Lead and maintain the site safety program, ensuring compliance with local regulations and corporate standards.
- Conduct risk assessments, hazard identifications, and method statements to prevent incidents.
- Plan, deliver, and track safety training, toolbox talks, and coaching for all employees and contractors.
- Inspect workplaces, equipment, and processes for safety hazards; recommend corrective actions and follow up on implementation.
- Manage incident reporting, root-cause analysis, and corrective-action tracking to closure.
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and supervisors to embed safety into daily operations and change management.
- Maintain OSH documentation, permits-to-work systems, audits, and regulatory submissions; support internal and external audits.
Qualification
- Bachelorβs degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in safety, health, and environment (SHE) within manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian SHE regulations, OSH standards, and risk management techniques (e.g., HAC, RCA).
- Excellent communication skills in Indonesian; proficiency in English is a plus; capable of delivering training and leading teams.
- Proven ability to manage incident investigations, risk assessments, and corrective-action tracking.
- Experience with safety management systems and Microsoft Office; ability to generate clear safety reports.
- First aid certification or SMK3/K3 compliance knowledge is desirable.
