- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits across the job site to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety policies.
- Develop and implement risk control measures, safe work procedures, and permit to work protocols.

- Provide toolbox talks and safety briefings to site teams, contractors, and visitors.
- Coordinate personal protective equipment (PPE) procurement, usage training, and compliance monitoring.
- Collaborate with project managers and supervisors to drive continuous safety improvements and ensure regulatory readiness.

- Bachelor's degree in occupational safety, engineering, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Certificate in Safety Officer or related field; additional safety certifications are a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of construction safety experience or equivalent on-site exposure.
- Strong knowledge of local safety regulations and Philippine occupational safety standards.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced site environment and respond to safety concerns promptly.
