We are seeking a results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team and drive strategic, enterprise-wide opportunities across the Singapore market.

In this role, you will own the end-to-end sales process—from prospecting to close—and partner with customers to map business outcomes to Tungsten's automation solutions. You will collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success to craft compelling value propositions, build ROI business cases, and ensure a seamless, consultative buying journey. This position offers a clear path to growth within the sales organization and a competitive compensation plan with accelerators for top performance.

Key objectives include expanding our footprint with strategic accounts, accelerating new logo acquisition, and driving ARR growth within existing customers. You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity, represent Tungsten at industry events, and maintain the highest standards of integrity and customer focus. What you bring to the role is a proven track record of selling B2B software or automation solutions to executives, the ability to articulate business value in financial terms, and a hands-on approach to pipeline management using CRM tools. You should be comfortable navigating complex buying committees and facilitating discovery sessions that uncover critical pain points, aligning Tungsten’s capabilities with customer outcomes.

Responsibility

  • Prospect and qualify new enterprise opportunities across Singapore and the APAC region, building a robust sales pipeline.
  • Develop and execute tailored account plans to achieve quota, including territory and vertical-focused strategies.
  • Engage with C-suite and senior stakeholders to understand strategic initiatives and map business value to Tungsten’s automation solutions.
  • Conduct discovery sessions, needs assessments, and ROI analysis to craft compelling proposals and business cases.
  • Prepare, present, and negotiate proposals and contracts; orchestrate a smooth, win-ready closing process.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to tailor solutions and ensure customer success post-sale.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and CRM hygiene (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot), monitor key performance indicators, and report progress to leadership.
  • Build long-term customer relationships to drive renewals, upsell opportunities, and reference-able accounts.

Qualification

  • 5+ years of enterprise B2B software or automation sales experience, preferably in Singapore or APAC markets.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota and closing multi-year, high-value deals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage C-suite audiences.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and data-driven sales methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
