\n- Drive revenue by closing new business and expanding existing accounts
- Manage complete sales cycle from discovery to close and handoff to onboarding
- Qualify leads, develop territory plans, and maintain accurate CRM data
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and ROI-focused proposals
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Engineers, and Customer Success to maximize win rate
- Forecast with accuracy and contribute to quarterly planning

Responsibility
- Prospect, qualify, and close opportunities within mid-market and enterprise segments
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle from discovery to close, including solution shaping
- Build and maintain a healthy funnel with consistent activity and pipeline metrics
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and ROI-focused proposals
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure customer success
- Maintain accurate CRM records and deliver precise sales forecasts
- Negotiate terms, prepare proposals, and manage the contract process
- Develop and execute territory plans with quarterly refresh strategies
Qualification
- 3+ years of B2B software sales with a proven quota attainment
- History of meeting or exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment
- Experience selling SaaS solutions to mid-market and enterprise customers
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and data-driven prospecting tools
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; remote candidates welcome
- Ability to travel up to 25% and adapt to a dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving mindset and team-oriented approach
