NovaTech Solutions is hiring a high-impact Sales Account Executive in Seattle, WA to accelerate growth with B2B software clients. This role blends strategic prospecting, consultative selling, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced tech environment.
As a core member of our sales team, you will drive revenue by turning problems into solutions, building trusted partnerships, and delivering measurable ROI for customers.
Responsibility
- Own the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract close for mid market and strategic accounts.
- Prospect and develop net new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and tailored proposals that address customer ROI.
- Negotiate terms and close deals with a focus on value, timeline, and customer success.
- Collaborate with marketing, solutions engineers, and customer success to ensure smooth onboarding and adoption.
- Maintain accurate forecast and pipeline in our CRM and perform regular deal reviews.
- Build long term relationships with executives and stakeholders to expand footprint over time.
Qualification
- 3+ years of B2B software or tech services sales with a verifiable quota attainment.
- Proven ability to sell to C-suite and VP level executives with strategic value messaging.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and sales productivity tools.
- Strong hunter mentality with a track record of generating net new opportunities.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, cross functional environment and manage multiple deals concurrently.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in business, tech, or related field.
