PT. Charoma Jaya Mulia is seeking a results-driven Sales Account Manager to lead fragrance solutions for B2B and corporate customers in Jakarta. You will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of strategic accounts, cultivating long-term relationships and delivering bespoke fragrance programs that meet client needs and budgets. This role blends strategic account management with hands-on sales execution, requiring excellent negotiation, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration.

In this position you will identify opportunities, expand our footprint in the Jakarta corporate market, and work closely with product, marketing, and supply chain teams to tailor fragrance solutions. Responsibility

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of fragrance-focused B2B corporate accounts in Jakarta, driving revenue growth.
  • Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities with corporate clients and distributors.
  • Build long-term relationships with procurement, facility management, and marketing teams; deliver tailored fragrance solutions.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing, and terms; manage renewals and expansions.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams on campaigns, launches, and competitive positioning.
  • Prepare professional proposals and presentations; present value-based solutions to C-suite and procurement contacts.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline using CRM; forecast revenue and report on key metrics.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience in fragrance, cosmetics, or consumer goods, with a track record of meeting targets.
  • Strong network within Jakarta corporate procurement and fragrance distribution channels.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Customer-focused with strong relationship-building and problem-solving abilities.
