In this capacity, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building trust and delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs. You will collaborate with internal teams across Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to develop account plans, forecast demand, execute promotions, and ensure on-time fulfillment. Your data-driven approach will help you monitor performance, identify opportunities, and implement action plans to maximize profitability while maintaining high service levels.
Key responsibilities include negotiating terms and pricing, managing the order-to-cash cycle, and ensuring accuracy in order processing and invoicing. You will also provide excellent post-sales support, resolve issues quickly, and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals. A proactive attitude, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.

Responsibility
- Manage and grow relationships with assigned accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop account plans, forecasts, and demand planning in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to management.
- Coordinate order fulfillment, pricing promotions, and merchandising with cross-functional teams.
- Negotiate terms, prices, and promotions while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Ensure accurate order processing, invoicing, and timely delivery to customers.
- Provide proactive customer support, resolve issues, and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for new business and upsell to existing clients.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and generate insights.
- Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel within the coverage area and a valid driver’s license.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized.
