As a Sales Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and inquiries. Your day will include greeting customers, understanding their needs, presenting vehicle options, conducting product demonstrations, explaining features and financing options, and guiding buyers through the complete purchase journey from test drive to handover. You will collaborate closely with our finance and service colleagues to ensure accurate quotations, transparent pricing, and a seamless experience. Your performance will be measured by sales results and customer satisfaction, so timely follow-ups and proactive outreach are essential.

Responsibility
- Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and present suitable vehicle options.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, financing options, and after sales services with clarity in Bahasa Melayu and English.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.
- Manage showroom and showroom floor, greet visitors, and maintain clean, organized displays.
- Process orders, prepare quotations, and coordinate with finance and service teams to ensure smooth transactions.
- Follow up with leads, schedule test drives, and nurture long term customer relationships for repeat business.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales data in the CRM system, and report on performance metrics.
- Stay up to date on vehicle inventory, promotions, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
Qualification
- Minimum Diploma or higher; or proven sales experience in automotive or retail sectors.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English, with a customer centric mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport, listen actively, and handle objections professionally.
- Result oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Comfort working in a fast paced showroom environment, including weekends or evenings as needed.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with CRM or POS systems.
- Valid driving license is a plus and a willingness to learn and grow with the team.
