Feel Buy Indonesia is expanding its retail team in Bali. We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Advisor / SPG / SPB / Merchandiser to deliver exceptional service and drive sales in a fast-paced environment. You will be the face of our brand, helping shoppers discover products, understand features, and make confident purchase decisions. As a Sales Advisor, SPG, or SPB Merchandiser, you will partner with store leadership to maintain pristine store presentation, execute promotional campaigns, and ensure accurate stock levels. You will greet guests, listen to needs, demonstrate product benefits, and guide them to the best solutions. Your merchandising expertise will help keep shelves inviting, organized, and aligned with brand standards. You will also operate the point of sale with accuracy, process payments, and handle simple returns, while delivering warm, professional service.

Responsibility
- Provide warm, professional customer service to shoppers and understand their needs to recommend the right products
- Maintain and replenish merchandise according to brand standards and seasonal campaigns
- Manage stock, perform regular inventory checks, and coordinate with the store team for timely replenishment
- Operate POS systems, process transactions accurately, handle cash and card payments, and issue receipts
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage to drive informed purchase decisions
- Execute visual merchandising and signage to maximize product visibility and ensure consistency with brand guidelines
- Support promotional activities and events, track results, and report insights to store leadership
Qualification
- Prior experience in retail sales, SPG/SPB or merchandising is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Indonesian
- Customer-focused mindset with a friendly, proactive attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Strong math skills and basic cash handling experience
- Attention to detail and ability to follow visual standards and brand guidelines
- Willingness to work in Bali and be part of a growing retail brand
