Job description
Join JTE Recruit as a Sales and Project Engineer and become a key driver of automotive technology adoption in Singapore. This role blends strategic sales, technical consulting, and hands-on project execution to deliver cutting-edge solutions such as EV charging infrastructure, ADAS integration, and smart transport systems tailored to enterprise clients.
As part of our team, you will act as the technical trusted advisor for customers, translating business needs into engineering specifications, and guiding projects from initial discovery through deployment and post-implementation support. You will collaborate with clients, internal engineers, product managers, and partners to design scalable solutions that align with safety, reliability, and cost requirements.
Your responsibilities include developing new business, nurturing long-term relationships, and presenting compelling value propositions. You will manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time delivery while maintaining quality standards. The role requires travel within the region and the ability to communicate with both non-technical stakeholders and technical teams. A strong understanding of EV charging, ADAS, sensors, connectivity, and smart mobility ecosystems will help you craft effective proposals and win competitive bids.
We offer a supportive, dynamic environment where your initiative and customer focus will directly impact client outcomes and company growth. If you have a passion for innovative automotive technology and a track record of delivering successful projects, this is a compelling opportunity to grow with a forward-looking organization.
In addition to a competitive salary, you will have opportunities for professional development, exposure to the latest EV charging standards (IEC/UL, OCPP), and a collaborative culture that values innovation and integrity.
