You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, compliance with government procurement regulations, and outstanding service. You will maintain accurate CRM records, generate proposals, and pursue opportunities across Metro Manila.
\nKey responsibilities include maintaining serviced client lists, onboarding new customers, and creating a strong pipeline for growth. Responsibility

- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing serviced clients; ensure high satisfaction and retention. \n
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Metro Manila, with a focus on government procurement and public sector projects. \n
- Lead end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation and needs assessment to proposal development and contract closure. \n
- Prepare compelling proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements; manage timely follow-ups. \n
- Collaborate with Operations and Compliance teams to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to PhilGEPS and procurement guidelines. \n
- Maintain accurate CRM data, track activity, and provide weekly pipeline and forecast reports. \n
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to revenue growth and client satisfaction. \n
Qualification

- Proven experience in B2B sales and client relationship management. \n
- Experience with PhilGEPS and government procurement processes is highly desirable. \n
- Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English. \n
- Strong customer-first mindset with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities. \n
- Self-motivated, ethical, and able to work independently as well as in a cross-functional team. \n
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). \n
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office; data-driven sales approach. \n
- Willingness to travel within Metro Manila as required. \n
