Responsibility

  • Coordinate and supervise daily field sales activities within the Jawa Timur region to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts in assigned zones.
  • Monitor stock levels, shelf availability, pricing, and promotional execution to ensure optimal in-store presence.
  • Implement trade marketing plans, in-store displays, and POS material deployment.
  • Track sales performance using CRM tools and data dashboards; report insights to the Sales Manager with actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and supply chain to forecast demand and ensure timely product availability.
  • Train and coach merchandisers and junior sales staff; support field operations and onboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and ethical standards in all activities.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in field sales or retail coordination, preferably in Indonesia's consumer goods sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills in Indonesian (English is a plus).
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales data, forecast trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel within Jawa Timur region as required.
  • Proficient with MS Excel, CRM tools, and POS systems; comfortable with tech-enabled sales processes.
