Responsibility
- Drive sales and meet or exceed daily and weekly targets to support store goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service, build rapport, and understand customer needs to recommend suitable products.
- Maintain store standards including cleanliness, organized merchandising, and brand-compliant product presentation.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, process transactions accurately, and handle cash with integrity.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and accurate stock counts.
- Support promotions, seasonal launches, and visual merchandising initiatives.
- Resolve customer inquiries and coordinate returns or exchanges in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualification
- Previous retail experience is preferred; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to service.
- Basic math and cash handling skills; comfortable with POS transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work on the shop floor as needed.
