Responsibility

  • Develop and execute bancassurance sales strategies in Gorontalo in collaboration with partner banks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing bank customers; identify needs and cross-sell appropriate products.
  • Provide accurate product explanations, quotes, and proposals; ensure compliant and transparent processes.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets for bancassurance products, including protection, investment-linked plans, and savings solutions.
  • Use CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions; maintain up-to-date records.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service, including timely follow-ups, policy issuance, and claims assistance.
  • Collaborate with bank branches to host seminars or workshops to educate customers about bancassurance.
  • Participate in ongoing training and self-improvement to maintain product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualification

  • S1/Sarjana degree or equivalent; fresh graduates welcome for certain programs; relevant background in finance, economics, or sales preferred.
  • Proven sales or customer-facing experience; insurance or financial services experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in Indonesian; English is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; willing to travel to partner branches within Gorontalo.
  • Proficiency with laptops/computers; comfortable using CRM software and MS Office.
