The successful candidate will actively prospect customers, present our range of spare parts, build durable client relationships, and work toward monthly sales targets while ensuring accurate receivables and timely collections. Responsibility
- Proactively identify and approach potential customers in the Lampung region, focusing on automotive spare parts for motorcycles and cars.
- Present product benefits, demonstrate parts where possible, and tailor solutions to customer needs.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and track progress using CRM tools.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive repeat business.
- Process orders accurately and coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams for timely fulfillment.
- Monitor accounts receivable and coordinate timely collections, ensuring proper documentation.
- Provide timely feedback to product and marketing teams based on customer insights and market trends.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; extra points for relevant automotive or sales certifications.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently in the field and manage time effectively.
- Basic math and record-keeping skills; comfortable using a CRM or sales tools.
- Will travel within the Lampung region to visit customers as needed.
