Responsibility

  • Develop and execute field sales visits to retailers, boutiques, and distributors within Pekanbaru and nearby areas to promote our fragrance portfolio.
  • Present product features, benefits, and promotions, conduct engaging demonstrations and samples to drive interest and sales.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets, expansion of retailer partnerships, and market coverage in target segments.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, opportunities, and sales activities in our CRM for pipeline visibility.
  • Build and nurture professional relationships with store owners, buyers, and key decision-makers to secure repeat business.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to relay market feedback and opportunities for new product or assortment adjustments.
  • Plan efficient routes, manage time effectively, and report daily progress and challenges to the supervisor.
  • Ensure proper merchandising, shelf presence, and stock levels with retailers to maximize product visibility.

Qualification

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior field sales or canvassing experience preferred.
  • Proven track record in direct sales, lead generation, and closing deals in consumer goods.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in Indonesian; basic English is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with strong time management.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region; valid driver's license is preferred.
  • Comfortable with field work, lifting product samples and materials as needed.
  • Proficient with mobile devices and basic CRM usage for reporting and follow-ups.
  • Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving abilities and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
