Responsibility
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide expert consultation on home solution products
- Identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions tailored to their requirements
- Manage the entire sales process from initial consultation to deal closure and after-sales service
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Negotiate terms, prepare quotations, and follow up to ensure successful closure of sales
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets set by management
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and product offerings
Qualification
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Proven sales experience, ideally in the home solutions, interior design, or retail sector
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with diverse customers
- Results-driven with a passion for achieving targets and exceeding expectations
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is an added advantage
