Responsibility
- Manage end to end order lifecycle from inquiry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Coordinate with production, logistics and engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are met and shipments are on schedule.
- Serve as primary point of contact for customers, answering inquiries, providing product information and resolving issues promptly.
- Prepare quotes, assist with price negotiation and upsell opportunities where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate customer and order data in the CRM system and track key performance indicators.
- Support contract renewal activities and manage after sales follow ups to foster long term relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth in the welding and automation portfolio.
Qualification
- Diploma or degree in business, sales, marketing, engineering or related field.
- Prior experience as a sales coordinator, order administrator or customer service representative in manufacturing or engineering environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay; comfortable with client interaction and presentation.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and strong time management.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Interest in automation and welding technology; a customer focused mindset and proactive problem solving.
