In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating daily sales activities in alignment with the Daily Activity Plan (DAP), tracking progress toward targets, and preparing clear, actionable reports for management. You will also assist with order processing, quotes, and contracts, and maintain accurate records in our CRM system. Your collaborative approach will help us optimize routes, visits, and customer touchpoints, delivering consistent value to retailers and end customers alike.

Responsibility

  • Coordinate daily sales activities and ensure alignment with the Daily Activity Plan (DAP) to achieve targets.
  • Manage customer visits, route planning, and effective field execution to maximize coverage and sales.
  • Assist with order processing, quotes, contracts, and follow-up to close deals efficiently.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline status, and forecast accuracy for management review.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Inventory teams to ensure product availability and successful promotions.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and generate regular management reports for performance insights.
  • Support onboarding and mentorship for junior team members and field staff as needed.
  • Liaise with regional managers to implement tailored sales strategies within Kalimantan Tengah.

Qualification

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role, preferably in FMCG or food and beverage.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software; data analysis and reporting skills are a plus.
  • Fluent in Indonesian; English proficiency is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and travel within the region.
  • Detail-oriented with solid organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Knowledge of sales analytics, forecasting, and demand planning is beneficial.
