In this role, you will process orders, coordinate with internal teams, and help customers navigate product options. Responsibility
- Coordinate end-to-end order processing from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and on-time fulfillment.
- Serve as primary liaison between customers, the sales team, and production to clarify requirements and manage expectations.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat; provide product information and pricing.
- Prepare and issue quotes, process orders in the ERP/CRM system, and track order status.
- Update customers on delivery schedules, track shipments, and resolve any issues or delays.
- Assist with invoicing, documentation, and after-sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines and promotions to support sales efforts.
Qualification
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malay.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM/ERP systems is a plus.
- Attention to detail, time management, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset and customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
