Boxgreen is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator (B2B Sales) to support our growing corporate client base and smart vending business. In this role you will partner with sales, operations, and customer success to ensure a seamless flow from lead generation to contract renewal. This is a front-line, impact-driven position that combines account coordination with strategic outreach to help Boxgreen expand its B2B footprint in Malaysia and beyond.
As a Sales Coordinator, you will be the bridge between our sales team and clients, ensuring accurate order processing, timely deliveries, and precise CRM records. You will collaborate across functions to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, track opportunities, and follow through on commitments. Your proactive mindset will help identify upsell opportunities, support contract renewals, and contribute to customer satisfaction and retention in a fast-growing, sustainability-focused company.

Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned corporate accounts, supporting the end-to-end sales cycle from inquiry to renewal.
- Coordinate sales activities, schedule meetings, prepare proposals and quotes, and ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate client information, opportunities, and activity logs.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance to ensure smooth order processing and billing accuracy.
- Help identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts and support contract renewals.
- Monitor performance metrics, generate weekly reports, and provide insights to the sales team to optimize outreach strategies.
- Support onboarding of new corporate clients and ensure a high level of client satisfaction throughout the partnership.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, account management, or customer success, preferably in B2B and/or consumer goods.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Malay is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adhere to deadlines.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and MS Office; data-entry accuracy.
- Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving skills; ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
