ASM Vitrual is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our expanding sales team. This is a remote, full-time position based in Binalbagan, Negros Occidental, working on the EST Time Zone. As an SDR, you’ll be at the forefront of our sales process, generating quality leads and building strong relationships with potential clients. Responsibility
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and email campaigns.
- Engage potential clients and set appointments for senior sales team members.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate prospect and client information.
- Follow up on inbound leads promptly and efficiently to nurture potential business relationships.
- Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities and target markets.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and strategies.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and result targets.
- Represent ASM Vitrual professionally in all client interactions.
Qualification
- Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or customer support roles is an advantage.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management is a plus.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new platforms and tools.
- Available to work full-time on the EST Time Zone schedule.
