Responsibility

  • Analyze sales performance data from multiple sources to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities that drive revenue growth.
  • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations and enablement playbooks for the sales teams.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to design and deliver enablement content, onboarding, and ongoing training programs.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools to monitor key metrics such as win rate, quota attainment, and time to productivity.
  • Manage the lifecycle of enablement assets including content creation, version control, and distribution to field teams.
  • Support sales onboarding and ongoing coaching sessions; facilitate training in solution selling, objection handling, and territory planning.
  • Partner with operations to optimize territory coverage, forecasting accuracy, and overall sales process improvements.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in sales enablement, sales analytics, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI) and CRM systems (such as Salesforce).
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills; ability to train and influence cross-functional teams.
