Responsibility

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive revenue for semiconductor equipment solutions in the East Region.
  • Lead engaging product demonstrations and technical presentations to customers, translating complex specs into business value.
  • Collaborate with product management, engineering, and marketing to refine pricing strategies, proposals, and quotes that win business.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and provide regular updates to leadership.
  • Own the negotiation and closure process while ensuring successful deployment and customer satisfaction post-sale.
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform product strategy and go-to-market messaging.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to customers, ensuring maximum adoption and long-term partnerships.

Qualification

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; 5+ years of technical sales or sales engineering in electronics or semiconductor equipment.
  • Strong technical foundation with ability to understand hardware/software solutions and integrate with customer processes.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in Singapore or APAC region.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages a plus.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data-driven selling; ability to forecast and manage pipelines.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and marketing teams; strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel within Singapore and region as needed to support customers and events.
