In this position you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product specialists, project managers, and procurement to coordinate quotations, proposals, and tenders. You will be responsible for driving customer success, maintaining robust contract terms, and ensuring timely project execution. A Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics and at least two years of relevant industry experience are preferred, though candidates with equivalent practical knowledge will also be considered.

  • Coordinate with vendors, product specialists, and project teams to develop tailored proposals and negotiate terms.
  • Oversee project delivery from kickoff to completion, tracking milestones, budgets, risks, and quality outcomes.
  • Prepare compelling technical and commercial proposals; present to clients and secure contracts with favorable terms.
  • Maintain regular client communications, conduct business reviews, and identify opportunities for expansion.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecast pipeline, and provide transparent reports to leadership.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and product capabilities to deliver value-added recommendations.

Qualification

  • Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales engineering, account management, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and tender/proposal processes.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and specifications; comfortable interpreting customer needs into solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with internal teams.
