You will be the technical champion for customers, translating requirements into actionable specifications, guiding selections of equipment and systems, and coordinating with our engineering, procurement and service teams to ensure on time and on budget delivery. Based in Cilegon, you will engage with manufacturers, processing facilities and maintenance crews across the region, supporting the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to implementation and after sales support.

Responsibility
- Develop and maintain deep product knowledge of mechanical, mechatronic and electrical systems to propose practical solutions.
- Build and manage a portfolio of clients in Cilegon and surrounding areas; identify opportunities and lead the sales cycle from lead to close.
- Conduct technical briefings and product demonstrations for customers, translating complex concepts into clear business value.
- Prepare precise technical proposals, quotes, and cost estimates aligned with customer requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement and service teams to scope projects, define timelines, and ensure successful installation and commissioning support.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and long term relationships.
- Track and report on sales activities, forecasts and key performance indicators; provide market feedback to product teams for continuous improvement.
Qualification
- Diploma SMK or Associate degree D3 in engineering fields such as mechanical, mechatronics, electrical, or equivalent.
- 2+ years of sales engineering or technical sales experience in industrial machinery, automation or process equipment.
- Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills in Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to travel locally to customer sites and events; valid driver license preferred.
- Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office; ability to prepare technical proposals and quotations.
- Problem-solving orientation with the ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions and value propositions.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working cross-functionally in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
