Responsibility
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and drive sales growth for robotics solutions in the Central Region.
- Provide technical consultations, product demonstrations, and solution proposals for clients across multiple sectors.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, quotations, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Participate in industry exhibitions, seminars, and networking events to enhance brand presence and generate leads.
- Gather and report market intelligence including competitive and customer trends to inform business strategy.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute actively to team objectives.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or related field) preferred.
- Proven track record of sales experience in robotics, automation, or industrial solutions (minimum 2 years).
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate complex engineering concepts.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with persuasive presentation abilities.
- Self-driven, resourceful, and proactive in achieving business results.
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
- Possession of a valid driving license is an advantage.
