Join Search Personnel as a Sales Executive in the West Region and drive growth for our clients by prospecting, nurturing, and closing new business opportunities. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a Diploma and 2 years of sales experience, with exposure to industrial or hygiene segments preferred.
As a key member of our sales team, you will collaborate cross-functionally to identify client needs, develop compelling proposals, and deliver measurable outcomes. You’ll be empowered to own your pipeline from first contact to signed agreement, while building lasting partnerships with mid-market and enterprise customers.
What you will do:
- Prospect and qualify new business opportunities in the West Region, including outbound outreach and inbound inquiries.
- Manage and grow assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Develop tailored value propositions and presentations that address client pain points and ROI expectations.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate customer feedback into actionable insights.
- Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting in CRM.
- Track sales activity and maintain a healthy pipeline to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Attend client meetings, virtual demos, and industry events to expand the network and generate referrals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and regulatory considerations affecting clients.
What we are looking for:
- Diploma or equivalent; minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial or hygiene sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing deals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Proficiency with CRM software, lead generation tools, and sales analytics.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and team-oriented attitude.

- Willingness to travel within the region as needed.

Qualification
- Diploma or equivalent qualification with at least 2 years of sales experience.
- Experience in industrial or hygiene sectors is preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in CRM and MS Office; comfortable with data-driven decision making.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
