In this role you will combine strategic account development with hands on negotiation to win new business. You will work closely with Marketing, Product and Customer Success to craft compelling proposals and tailored demonstrations that address customer needs. Responsibility
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline from lead generation to close.
- Deliver compelling product demos and tailored presentations to prospective clients.
- Identify opportunities by researching industries, needs, and pain points.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and partners.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Customer Success to craft winning proposals.
- Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring accurate contracts and CRM updates.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets; monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies.
Qualification
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience in tech, SaaS, or related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong lead generation, discovery and qualification abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office; quick to learn new tools.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
