NovaPulse Technologies is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our high-growth team in Austin. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, partnering with product and marketing to deliver tailored solutions.

Responsibility
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through inbound/outbound prospecting and targeted outreach.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM to forecast accurately.
- Conduct discovery calls, gather requirements, and present tailored SaaS solutions.
- Lead product demos and webinars to demonstrate value and ROI.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing in collaboration with legal and finance.
- Collaborate with marketing to convert leads and accelerate cycle times.
- Aim to exceed quarterly revenue targets and contribute to team performance metrics.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and renewal opportunities.
Qualification
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience or equivalent.
- Proven track record of meeting or surpassing quota in a competitive market.
- Strong prospecting, cold outreach, and pipeline management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to tailor messaging to multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, self-motivated with a team-first mentality.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% (if applicable).
