Join Private Advertiser to promote Timora, one of the Philippines' leading automated payroll systems trusted by businesses of all sizes. As a Sales Executive, you will drive new business, nurture client relationships, and help organizations optimize payroll operations with a scalable, cloud-based solution that saves time and reduces errors.

You will be the primary point of contact for prospective customers in Makati and the broader Metro Manila area, delivering compelling product demonstrations, ROI-focused proposals, and tailored pricing options. This is a performance-driven role with clear targets, ongoing training, and opportunities for career growth within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What you will do is combine strategic outreach with hands-on execution: generate qualified leads, conduct product demonstrations, manage the full sales cycle, negotiate terms, and coordinate onboarding and success onboarding with the customer success team to ensure rapid adoption and long-term retention.

Responsibility

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities for Timora payroll within the Philippines, focusing on SMBs and mid-market companies.
  • Lead product demonstrations, presentations, and tailored ROI discussions to convert prospects into customers.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools; forecast accurately and meet monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to execute campaigns, events, and outbound outreach that generate high-quality leads.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals with a focus on customer value and long-term retention.
  • Coordinate onboarding with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of Timora.
  • Maintain excellent client relationships, provide ongoing support, and upsell additional modules or services as appropriate.

Qualification

  • 1-3+ years of B2B software or SaaS sales experience; payroll or HR tech knowledge is a plus.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing a full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; confident in delivering product demonstrations to diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; high motivation and strong business acumen.
  • Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel within Metro Manila as needed and to participate in occasional after-hours events.
