Responsibility
- Drive new business opportunities by prospecting, qualifying leads, and building a healthy sales pipeline in the Medan region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Present product offerings, demonstrate value, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet or exceed targets.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to contract finalization and onboarding.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to ensure customer success and optimize the customer journey.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecast opportunities, and provide regular performance reports to leadership.
- Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and contribute to regional go-to-market strategies.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and customer-service mindset with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office; ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; professional English proficiency is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Sumatera Utara and beyond as required.
