Collaboration with service and finance teams is essential to ensure a smooth, transparent journey for every client. Responsibility
- Greet customers and qualify their needs to match the right vehicle
- Demonstrate vehicles and highlight key features, safety equipment, and available options
- Present pricing, financing and leasing options; negotiate terms professionally
- Convert inquiries into showroom visits and test drives; manage leads in CRM
- Maintain accurate knowledge of inventory and promotions; communicate updates to customers
- Collaborate with service and finance teams to ensure a smooth customer journey
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall dealership profitability
Qualification
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior sales experience preferred
- Excellent bilingual communication in Bahasa Melayu and English
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Proactive, reliable and eager to learn and grow in automotive sales
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or POS systems
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel to meet customers as needed
- Flexible schedule including weekends and evenings
