As a Sales Executive, you will manage end-to-end sales cycles, from lead qualification to contract closing, while maintaining a strong pipeline of prospects. Responsibility
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline for residential and commercial properties.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs, present property solutions, and negotiate terms.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to convert prospects into buyers.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align campaigns with sales objectives.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM, track sales activities, and report on KPIs.
- Attend property viewing events, fairs, and networking sessions to generate new business.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and referrals.
Qualification
- At least 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate, property, or related sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office; data-driven mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of Kuala Lumpur property market and local regulatory requirements is a plus.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and property viewings as needed.
