AHTI INTERIORS is seeking a driven, design-savvy Sales Executive to lead and expand our B2B project pipeline in Jakarta. This role is ideal for professionals who combine a passion for interior design with a consultative sales approach to build lasting relationships with architectural firms, corporate clients, hospitality developers, design studios, and real estate professionals.
As a key member of the sales team, you will identify high-potential commercial opportunities, qualify inbound inquiries, and translate client needs into compelling, design-led proposals. You will guide clients from initial inquiry through to project delivery, ensuring alignment with our quality standards and aesthetic sensibilities. Your ability to communicate value, negotiate favorable terms, and coordinate cross-functionally with designers, project managers, and suppliers will be critical to your success.
In this position, you will maintain a robust opportunity funnel, forecast accurately, and consistently meet or exceed quarterly targets. You will also expand our market reach by networking at industry events, hosting showroom visits, and developing strategic partnerships with key decision-makers in architecture, contracting, and retail sectors. A thoughtful, results-driven mindset and a passion for sustainable design will help you resonate with clients who expect both performance and beauty from their interiors.
What you will do day-to-day includes building and managing relationships with new and existing B2B accounts, conducting market research to identify opportunities, preparing tailored proposals and scopes of work, presenting to client teams, and coordinating with design and installation teams to ensure on-time delivery. You will leverage CRM tools to track activities, maintain accurate forecasts, and share insights with the sales leadership to inform strategy.
Qualifications and attributes sought include a proven track record in B2B sales within interior design, furniture, or related sectors; strong network in Jakarta’s corporate, hospitality, and design communities; excellent communication and negotiation skills; the ability to translate client needs into actionable design solutions; and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, design, or a related field.

Responsibility
- Build and manage a B2B sales pipeline for commercial interiors in Jakarta and beyond.
- Qualify leads, conduct discovery calls, and translate client needs into clear opportunities.
- Prepare tailored proposals, scopes of work, and cost estimates aligned with design capabilities.
- Present to client stakeholders, lead negotiations, close deals, and manage contracts.
- Coordinate with internal design, production, and installation teams to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
- Maintain CRM data, forecast accurately, and meet or exceed quarterly targets.
- Develop market intelligence, identify new segments, and establish partnerships with architects, developers, and facilities teams.
- Represent the company at industry events, showroom visits, and client meetings to expand brand awareness.
Qualification
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience in interior design, furniture, or a related field.
- Strong network in Jakarta’s corporate, hospitality, architecture, and design communities.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets for complex, long-cycle projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; fluent in Indonesian (English a plus).
- Ability to read and discuss interior design concepts, specs, and mood boards with design teams.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office; data-driven mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
