As a Sales Executive, you will engage with manufacturing, chemical distributors, and industrial clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery. What you'll do: develop a robust sales pipeline, drive new business, and expand our footprint in the West Coast region; manage end-to-end sales processes from prospecting to closing; deliver compelling product demonstrations and proposals; negotiate terms and pricing within approved guidelines; collaborate with marketing, product, and logistics teams to fulfill client requirements; maintain accurate activity and forecast data in our CRM; participate in industry events and trade shows to generate leads; ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.

Responsibility
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline in the West Coast region, from lead generation to contract closure.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Assess client needs, present tailored chemical solutions, and deliver persuasive proposals.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets with accurate forecasting.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contract details in collaboration with legal and finance teams.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and logistics to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain thorough CRM records, track activities, and analyze sales metrics to optimize performance.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting customers.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the chemical, pharmaceutical, or technical industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and expanding customer bases.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to tailor messages to diverse stakeholders.
- Strong prospecting and lead generation abilities with proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to travel within the West Coast region and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver's license and legal eligibility to work in the United States.
