Responsibility
- Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities in aviation lubricants and chemicals with airlines, MROs, and related service providers.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities; conduct needs assessments and present tailored product solutions.
- Prepare compelling proposals, present technical and commercial terms, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet targets.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through regular on-site visits, product demonstrations, and proactive support.
- Collaborate with operations and logistics to ensure timely delivery, quality service, and effective after-sales support.
- Monitor market trends, assess competitor activity, and communicate insights to inform strategy and product opportunities.
- Maintain accurate opportunity and contact data in the CRM; generate regular reports for management reviews.
- Provide technical knowledge on product specifications and usage to customers and internal teams as needed.
Qualification
- Diploma or degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; fresh graduates welcome.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical specifications of aviation lubricants and related chemicals.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software; experience with Salesforce or equivalent is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel within Singapore for client meetings and site visits.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus.
