SGS is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to grow our Lube Oil Testing Services across multiple sectors in the West Region of Singapore. This is a field-based role focused on Oil Condition Monitoring solutions that help customers improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and lower operating costs. As a Sales Executive, you will partner with clients in manufacturing, automotive, energy, and other industrial sectors to understand their lubrication and condition monitoring needs, present tailored solutions, and drive new business. You will collaborate with SGS technical teams to deliver on-site demonstrations, pilot tests, and data-driven proposals that clearly communicate value and ROI. The role includes regular customer visits, proposal development, and cross-functional teamwork to ensure customer success.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for Lube Oil Testing Services in the West Region to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Identify, prospect, and win new customers across oil and gas, manufacturing, automotive, and energy sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement, maintenance, and engineering teams to understand lubrication needs.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals, pilot tests, and ROI-focused demonstrations.
- Collaborate with SGS technical teams to deliver site visits, testing demonstrations, and data-driven recommendations.
- Manage opportunities in the CRM, forecast sales, and report progress to the sales leadership.
- Provide exceptional post-sale support, cross-sell additional SGS services, and drive customer satisfaction.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of technical sales experience, preferably in oil condition monitoring, lubricants, or industrial testing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Ability to travel within the West Region and occasional regional travel as needed.
- Knowledge of lubrication systems, oil analysis methods, and data-driven value propositions.
- Experience with CRM software and sales tools; fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
