Responsibility
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to clients in the BPO or fintech sectors.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline sales processes and optimize customer experience.
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities for the sales team.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a sales management role, preferably within the BPO or fintech industry.
- Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
