Responsibility

  • Lead and coach a high-performing sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive revenue, market share, and profitability.
  • Manage key accounts and retailer partnerships, expanding premium product distribution.
  • Coach, train, and develop sales reps; set clear KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Forecast demand, monitor sales metrics, and manage budgets and resources.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, and Product teams to optimize assortment, promotions, and brand storytelling.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience, brand integrity, and long-term client relationships.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in premium lifestyle, retail, or consumer brands.
  • Proven track record leading and growing a sales team and achieving targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales analytics; ability to forecast and report.
  • Customer-centric mindset with ability to build lasting relationships; fluent in English and Indonesian.
