Join TracX Logis as a Sales Manager focused on ECommerce Logistics. In this role, you will lead business development and account management for both local and global fulfillment and delivery services, including our SmartShip, SmartPost and warehousing solutions. You will be part of a dynamic team that helps ecommerce brands optimize their supply chains—from faster deliveries to cost-effective warehousing—across the West Region and beyond.

As a hands-on sales leader, you will own the full sales cycle: prospecting, presenting tailored proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals. You will partner with product, operations, and marketing to design and deliver end-to-end logistics solutions that meet client needs while driving revenue growth for the company. What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for ecommerce clients, focusing on fulfillment speed, accuracy, and cost optimization.

  • Lead discovery calls and client meetings, delivering compelling proposals and ROI-focused demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with product and operations teams to tailor SmartShip, SmartPost, warehousing, and related services to client requirements.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and service level agreements to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensure high satisfaction, and upsell complementary services.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify new business opportunities and strategies.

Qualification

  • 5+ years of B2B sales or account management in ecommerce logistics, transportation, or supply chain.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems (eg Salesforce) and sales forecasting.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with product, operations, and marketing teams.
