Job description
GMP Group is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to drive growth in EPC-based projects within the upstream oil and gas sector. With 10+ years of experience, you will lead strategic engagement across FPSO/FSU operators, EPCs, and shipyards in the APAC region. This permanent role offers the opportunity to shape large capital projects and partner with global teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet safety, cost and performance targets.
You will be responsible for developing a robust sales pipeline, managing end-to-end sales cycles, leading bid strategies, and negotiating contracts. You will work closely with engineering, project management and commercial teams to translate customer needs into compelling value propositions and win major EPC contracts. As a primary point of contact for targeted accounts, you will craft multi-year account plans, coordinate with regional and global teams, and ensure alignment with GMP Group's portfolio across offshore platforms, FPSO, FSU and onshore EPCs. You will conduct market intelligence, identify new opportunities, and develop winning strategies that balance risk, margin, and delivery capabilities. The role requires travel within APAC and an ability to operate with autonomy in a fast-paced environment.
