Private Advertiser is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Mandarin language programs in Bali. In this full-time role, youâll blend strategic sales leadership with a hands-on approach to learner acquisition, ensuring exceptional outcomes for students and sustainable revenue growth for the organization.
Based in Denpasar Selatan, you will manage a team of sales professionals, develop go-to-market plans, and partner with marketing, admissions, and teaching staff to deliver compelling value propositions. Youâll engage with schools, language centers, and corporate clients to expand our reach, schedule demonstrations, and close enrollment opportunities. A successful candidate combines strong people leadership with excellent communication, relationship-building, and data-driven decision making.
Key responsibilities include designing performance-driven sales processes, mentoring the team to achieve targets, and representing the program at community events and educational fairs. Youâll also analyze market trends, monitor performance metrics, and continually refine pricing strategies and promotional activities to maximize enrollment while maintaining high student satisfaction.

Responsibility
- Lead the sales team to meet and exceed enrollment targets for Mandarin language programs in Bali.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, prospecting plans, and pipeline management.
- Build and nurture relationships with schools, language centers, universities, corporate partners, and individual learners.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and trial lessons to prospective students and organizations.
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize campaigns, events, and lead generation activities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity; provide accurate forecasting and performance reporting to leadership.
- Coach and develop sales staff, set clear KPIs, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Represent the company at events, conferences, and outreach programs in Denpasar and surrounding areas.
Qualification
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of sales or sales leadership experience; education or language services background is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency preferred.
- Proven leadership ability with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Strong customer focus, problem-solving mindset, and ability to close deals.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office; comfortable with data-driven decision making.
- Willingness to work in Bali with some travel to client sites and events.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
