Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end B2B sales cycles for the West Region, focusing on high-value enterprise accounts.
- Develop and execute regional sales plans to meet or exceed annual targets.
- Identify, pursue, and close high-value deals with strategic customers.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and delivery teams to tailor proposals and responses to client needs.
- Prepare compelling presentations, proposals, and negotiations to secure contracts.
- Travel as needed to meet clients, conduct product demonstrations, and attend industry events.
- Track performance using CRM, provide accurate forecasts, and report insights to leadership.
Qualification
- Diploma (or higher) with 2-3 years of industrial sales experience; B2B or enterprise sales preferred.
- Proven success in closing deals with enterprise accounts and managing complex sales cycles.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and overseas as required.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the West Region market and competitive landscape is a plus.
