We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager - Trucks & Buses to lead our regional sales team in Cagayan de Oro and drive growth for our line of heavy-duty trucks and buses. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, shaping market strategy, building key partnerships, and delivering tailored fleet solutions to customers across Northern Mindanao.

In this position, you will oversee daily leadership of the sales team, set ambitious revenue targets, and develop go-to-market plans that expand market share for our trucks and buses. You will collaborate with marketing, product, and after-sales teams to provide customers with compelling value propositions, optimize pricing and credit terms, and ensure outstanding service delivery from inquiry to delivery and beyond. The ideal candidate is a customer-focused, results-oriented leader with a proven track record in B2B automotive or commercial vehicle sales, able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic market.

Responsibility

  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team focused on trucks and buses, including coaching, training, and performance management to achieve regional targets.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to expand market share, build channel partnerships, and secure new fleet customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with fleet operators, dealers, and key accounts; negotiate contracts and terms to maximize profitability and retention.
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitive activity, pricing, and credit risk; provide data-driven recommendations to optimize revenue and margins.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and After-Sales to deliver compelling value propositions, pricing, and service packages that meet customer needs.
  • Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools; deliver accurate weekly and monthly forecasts and performance reports to leadership.
  • Represent the company at client visits, trade shows, and industry events; travel within the region as required to close deals and build relationships.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of B2B sales experience in automotive, trucks, buses, or heavy equipment; leadership experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and growing market share.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills; customer-centric and results-driven.
  • Experience with dealer networks, fleet accounts, and channel development; ability to manage complex contracts.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office; data-driven with strong reporting skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the region and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment; fluent English; local language a plus.
