Private Advertiser, a growing apparel manufacturer, is seeking a proactive and driven Sales & Marketing professional to join our team in Semenyih, Selangor. - Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to grow our apparel product lines.
- Identify and engage target buyers including retailers, distributors, and potential corporate customers.
- Present product portfolios, conduct product demonstrations, and negotiate terms to close deals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with timely follow-ups and after-sales support.
- Manage customer data and sales pipeline in our CRM, track performance, and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Support digital marketing efforts such as social media, email campaigns, and promotions; coordinate content with the design team.
- Collaborate with production and logistics to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in trade shows, showroom visits, and other events to showcase products and generate leads.
Qualification
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of sales or marketing experience, ideally in apparel or manufacturing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English; Malay language skills are a plus.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management abilities.
- Positive attitude, customer-focused, and results-driven.
