Responsibility

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to grow our apparel product lines.
  • Identify and engage target buyers including retailers, distributors, and potential corporate customers.
  • Present product portfolios, conduct product demonstrations, and negotiate terms to close deals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with timely follow-ups and after-sales support.
  • Manage customer data and sales pipeline in our CRM, track performance, and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
  • Support digital marketing efforts such as social media, email campaigns, and promotions; coordinate content with the design team.
  • Collaborate with production and logistics to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in trade shows, showroom visits, and other events to showcase products and generate leads.

Qualification

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of sales or marketing experience, ideally in apparel or manufacturing.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in English; Malay language skills are a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Positive attitude, customer-focused, and results-driven.
