Responsibility
- Build and maintain a broad professional network to generate high-potential leads in Surabaya and East Java.
- Drive new business by identifying opportunities and presenting compelling value propositions.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles from lead qualification to deal closure and onboarding.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute integrated campaigns and promotional activities.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, KPI metrics, and revenue growth.
- Prepare persuasive proposals, negotiate terms, and secure new customers while protecting company interests.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecast sales, and provide regular performance reports to management.
Qualification
- Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in B2B or consumer goods, with a track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong results-oriented mindset.
- Strong networking and relationship-management capabilities to build and leverage a broad professional network.
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office; comfortable with data-driven decision making and reporting.
