Responsibility
- Develop and execute territorial sales plans to grow bakery sales in Tulungagung and surrounding areas.
- Build and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, local businesses, and corporate clients; negotiate terms that support growth.
- Manage daily sales operations, process orders, coordinate with logistics, and ensure accurate, timely delivery.
- Collaborate with marketing to plan promotions, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and in-store activities.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, price opportunities, and competitive landscape; translate insights into action.
- Monitor sales performance against targets, prepare regular reports, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Represent the brand at events and in-store promotions, delivering exceptional customer experiences and collecting valuable feedback.
Qualification
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in food & beverage or consumer goods.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to build trust and close deals.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent service orientation.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as with a team.
- Good organizational skills, time management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Basic digital literacy, including familiarity with CRM or POS systems and social media basics.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant diploma or certificates with hands-on experience are acceptable.
